Starring BAFTA-winning Adeel Akhtar, written by Sophie Ellerby, The Walk tells the story of Amar, who, after his local bus route is cut, must walk a 24-mile round trip to and from his nearest JobCentre to avoid his benefits being cut, while also battling his own demons. Pilgrimage or purgatory?
